Welcome to royalindianvivah.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Nuptials Pvt Ltd, which, unless excluded or contradicted by the subject matter or context, includes its subsidiaries, successors, agents and assigns (hereinafter referred to as Service Providers). royalindianvivah.com means and includes the online platform, website, mobile applications, blog and social media accounts operated by Service Provider from time to time solely in connection with the Marriage Service
Royal Nuptials Pvt. Ltd. is officially registered under “Wedding Consultancy” services as per the Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act, confirming full legal compliance for matrimonial facilitation activities.
All payments for services related to royalindianvivah.com shall be made in the name of “Royal Nuptials Pvt. Ltd.
Payments for services provided by royalindianvivah.com are made on a 100% prepayment basis.
The MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Please read the Payment Policy carefully. All the payment will be handled as per this Payment Policy.
1. Methods of payment
You can pay by using your Credit / Debit card / Net Banking/ UPI through our secure payment gateway of “Phonepay”.
Users can make payment by direct deposit and bank transfer. Bank Deposit (Cash Deposit / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
Please notify the Service Provider after the transfer with the details of the amount, the deposit point and the service for which you have paid. The service provider will verify the payment and activate your selected plan accordingly.
You can pay with all major international credit and debit cards..Your bank may also charge a fixed transaction fee for debit/credit card usage.Some country Payments are displayed in local currency or USD.
All invoices will be issued on request at the time of payment confirmation.

In exceptional operational situations, such as bank server downtime, payment gateway error, website maintenance, or urgency in service activation, payments may be collected through the authorized UPI ID of the Founder/Director of the Company:

3. Security when using online payment gateways
Every Payment transaction is secure. All payments are processed through the highly secure Payment Gateway.
royalindianvivah.com does not collect or store any payment-related data (credit/debit card and account information).We redirect you to the secure site of our payment gateway partners so that you can enter your sensitive payment data directly on the interface provided by them
4. Activation of the package
Online payments: Activated within 24–48 hours.
Bank deposit/transfer payments: Activated after payment confirmation and verification.
Delays may occur due to verification processes, technical issues, or holidays.
5.Service Objective
The Company provides online and offline Matrimony Facilitation Services, including:
Sharing verified profiles
Coordinating introductions
Supporting communication between prospective matches and families
The Company acts as a facilitation platform. The final decision to proceed with communication, meetings, or marriage rests solely with the mutual consent and approval of the members and their families.
Outcomes may vary per member; the Company does not guarantee a successful match.
6. Strict No-Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Finding a match through other sources
Profile rejection by shortlisted candidates
Member dissatisfaction
Delays caused by the member’s unavailability or failure to respond
Services already initiated
Service commences immediately upon registration/payment, and fees are not contingent on end-of-service results.
7. Customer Cooperation
Customers must:
Provide valid documents and accurate biodata.
Respond to calls/messages timely.
Treat staff and Relationship Managers with professionalism and dignity.
Note: Abusive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of service without refund.
If a customer voluntarily withdraws from the service, no refund will apply.
8. Legal Protection Clause
Royal Indian Vivah operates under Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any dispute, claim, or legal matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

membership services offered by royalindianvivah.com shall be on a 100% advance and non-refundable basis. The membership payment once paid by the subscriber is not refundable.
